Anyone who has a Metigy account can access this new feature. If you’re an existing customer with an Instagram account currently connected, you will need to reconnect it to activate this new feature. For a short time, you’ll be prompted to refresh your connection to Instagram when you log in to Metigy. A pop up message will appear asking you to confirm the refresh for the accounts you’ve previously linked to Metigy. Then hit continue and you’ll be ready to start using this new feature right away. Alternatively, you can refresh your Instagram connection in the content editor and there is also a ‘refresh your token’ prompt in a panel in the Metigy Command Centre.
