If you have a large number of locations (pages on platforms like Facebook), then it can often be unwieldy to manage them for each post. To help you do this quickly and more reliably we provide a favourite lists feature.
Getting started adding and editing lists
NOTE: You need to be an administrator on the brand to do this. If you are not, you can only view the lists and see what is in them, but not make changes.
First, navigate to the brand settings page from your administration menu:
Next, click on the Customization tab which will then present you with the current list of favourite pages.
Add a new List
First off, if you are a franchise business or have a long list to import, we offer a quick import service. Just send your list through in CSV form to support [at] metigy.com.
Click on Add New button to launch the list creation panel.
First, give the list a meaningful name. For example all Facebook Store Pages in Australia
Next, select the locations you want to include. This uses our standard location picker so you can include existing favourite lists.
Click on each page you wish to add to the group – they will appear in the selected list below. you can remove them by clicking the trashcan next to the location.
Once you have finished, click the Add Favourite button, and the new list is added.
Editing a Favourite List
If you wish to edit an existing list, click on the edit button next to that list:
This will bring up the same panel as for adding new lists. Make any changes and click Update Favourite when you are done.
Delete a Favourite List
To delete a list, click on the trashcan next to it:
You will be asked to confirm that this is what you wanted to do:
Clicking the green tick (yes) will remove the list permanently.
