Head office or franchisors are able to create content that you can opt in and out of. Here’s what you can do once you’re notified:
View new content that has been passed down from Head Office / Franchisor
- Go to ‘pending feed’
- Here, your content is listed with the status: ‘Approved and needs review’
Opt into posts
- Click any post before its due date with the status: ‘Approved and needs review’ or ‘Approved and opted out’
- Click ‘opt in’
- The post moves under the scheduled tab and will be published in the usual way
- You can opt out after opting in if you change your mind
Opt out of posts
- Click any post before its due date with the status: ‘Approved and needs review’ or ‘Approved and opted in’
- Click ‘opt out’
- The post will be displayed in the schedule with an overlay and ‘Opted out’
- Posts can be opted into after they have been opted out if you change your mind


Expired posts
- When a post surpasses its due date and the user has neither opted in nor opted out, the post remains under Pending feed with status ‘Live Head Office post’
- When a post is opted out and it has surpassed its due date, it moves back to Pending with status ‘Live and Opted Out’
Editing content from Head Office is currently only available on the web app, but it is on the roadmap for mobile apps.
